Salama works through local churches to strengthen both spiritual leadership and community well-being. Pastors, women, youth, and community leaders collaborate to identify local needs and serve together—combining discipleship with education, health access, entrepreneurship, and youth development. From church-led outreach and training to community initiatives such as the school, internet learning center, and plans for clean water access, Salama partners with believers to model unity and shared responsibility. Vision-building trips to Kisumu and community service activities continue to inspire young people and leaders to see what is possible when churches and communities grow together in Christ.
